Circle /District Secretaries are requested to go through the Bulletin No:-2 and intimate to the Reception Committee immediately.
Salient information:-
1. Accommodation will be available from 5th to 10th
November(Morning)
2. Transport has been arranged from Sealdah and Howrah
Rly. Stn. Such arrangement can be made from Shalimar,
Kolkata Rly Stn. and Dumdum Airport if so intimated.
3. Kitchen will be opened at Conference Venue from 5th
(Dinner) to 9th (Dinner) November'2014.
4. Delegate fee for the 7th AIC has been fixed to Rs.800/-
including Rs100 as CHQ levy .
5.The Conference will be inaugurated at 10 AM sharp on 6th
November`14.
The Schedule of conference has decided in consultation with CHQ :

Inauguration on 6th November`14 at 10 AM sharp by Com. A K Padmanabhan, President CITU. Before that hoisting of Red Flag and paying homage to the Martyrs column will take place.

Rally to the place of Open Session (Rani Rashmoni Avenue) will start at 2 P.M. after lunch. Another rally of employees and workers of BSNLEU and other organizations will join in the Open Session from R.N. Mukherjee Road.

Open Session will commence at 3 P.M. The Main speaker is Com. Tapan Sen, General Secretary CITU.

Subject Committee from 6 to 7-30 P.M. Then Cultural programme upto 8-30 P.M

7th NOV. at 9-30 A.M. Subject Committee meeting upto 1 P.M.

Working Women’s Convention upto 2-30 P.M. Then Subject Committee meeting after lunch..

8th NOV. Subject Committee will start at 9-30 A.M.

Seminar at 5 P.M. to be attended by CMD and leaders of fraternal organisations.
